- Generally Urban-Muse will replace your item for an item of equal value, or a higher priced item + additional costs. Urban-Muse cannot be held responsible for items damaged during shipping.

- If an order is placed directly through us you can view the status of your orders by viewing the "My Account" area where you will be updated on the status of the order.
